Pink Kartoffelsuppe

Jetzt eine heiße, sättigende Kartoffelsuppe mit Roter Bete – ganz ohne die zeitintensiven Vorbereitungen. Das geht. Die Suppenmischung in Wasser aufkochen und nach Geschmack salzen und mit einem Klecks Crème fraîche servieren. Mit Kokosmilch gekocht erhält man im Handumdrehen eine exotische Variante der leckeren Suppe.

Die Menge ergibt ein Hauptgericht für zwei Personen oder ist als Beilage für vier Personen ausreichend.

Zubereitung

Für unsere leckere Suppe, wahlweise, 500 ml Wasser, 500 ml Milch oder Kokosmilch erhitzen. Dann die Suppenmischung einrühren und kurz aufkochen. Die Suppe leicht salzen und etwas aufschlagen. Zum Abschluss, je nach Geschmack, mit Creme Fraiche oder geschlagener Sahne servieren.
